Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise your right to return part or all of the products you purchased within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.
It is clarified that returned products must not be used, worn, washed, altered or damaged and the tags accompanying the product must be present, exactly as they were when you received it together with the retail receipt or invoice. It should still be preceded by a phone call at 2121065629 (Mon-Fri 10:00-17:00) or by e-mail at info [at] chicglamorous.gr to give you instructions.
For reasons of hygiene (cosmetics, perfumes, make-up products, soaps, etc.), which have been used or opened are not returned under any circumstances.
In all the above cases, the return costs are borne by the customer.
For the return of a non-defective product, the cost of return and reshipment shall be borne by the customer.
Δήλωση Υπαναχώρησης
Μέσω της παρούσας φόρμας μπορείτε να ασκήσετε το δικαίωμα υπαναχώρησης για την παραγγελία σας, σύμφωνα με την ισχύουσα ευρωπαϊκή νομοθεσία για τις εξ αποστάσεως συμβάσεις.
Παρακαλούμε συμπληρώστε τα απαιτούμενα στοιχεία της παραγγελίας σας και υποβάλετε το αίτημά σας. Μετά την υποβολή θα λάβετε επιβεβαίωση παραλαβής στο email που δηλώσατε.
Εξαιρέσεις
Η νέα Οδηγία δεν δημιουργεί νέο δικαίωμα και δεν καταργεί τις εξαιρέσεις του δικαιώματος υπαναχώρησης. Οι γνωστές εξαιρέσεις του Άρθρου 16 συνεχίζουν να ισχύουν κανονικά.
- Εξατομικευμένα προϊόντα ή προϊόντα κατά παραγγελία, φτιαγμένα στις προδιαγραφές του καταναλωτή.
- Σφραγισμένα αγαθά για λόγους υγείας ή υγιεινής, εφόσον αποσφραγίστηκαν μετά την παράδοση.
- Ευπαθή ή αναλώσιμα αγαθά με σύντομη διάρκεια ζωής.
- Άλλες περιπτώσεις που προβλέπει ρητά ο νόμος για τις εξ αποστάσεως συμβάσεις.
